Rooms felt cramped with minimal space. a bed too close to the door amplified outside noise. Breakfast presented limited options, with staff only providing scrambled eggs upon request, resulting in a delay. Mould was noticed in the bathroom light fixture, and the coffee situation lacked any in-room facilities.

The breakfast offerings were superb, featuring a lovely omelette chef to prepare fresh dishes. The pool area was truly a highlight, providing a tranquil retreat in beautifully maintained gardens.

Had a great time at Serawa! Loved the spacious shower and the fabulous pool area. A perfect breakfast spread with a lovely omelette chef, though service around the pool could be a bit slow at times. it was a relaxing getaway!
